Cancellation and Return
You can return the products you have ordered from Striped within 14 days without specifying any reason, starting from the delivery date to you or the person/organization at the address you provided, provided that the product is unused and the packaging is undamaged.
To initiate the return process, you need to provide information via email to info@stripedsocks.co.
After informing Striped Customer Service with your order number about your return request, we kindly ask you to send the product(s) along with your invoice, unused and undamaged packaging.
The conditions for returns are as follows:
Please send the product you wish to return to the return address specified by Striped, along with the original invoice, in unused and undamaged packaging.
If the invoice for the product you wish to return is issued on behalf of a company, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the company. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
Returns of products with a damaged original box/packaging, packaging label attached, or sealed with shipping tape are not accepted. Products received in this condition will be returned to the sender at their expense.
If available, all standard accessories of the product must be sent undamaged and complete, along with their original packaging.
Returns of clothing products that have been used or altered will not be accepted.
If you suspect any damage to packages during shipment, please open and inspect them in the presence of the delivery company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept it and create a record with the delivery company. By accepting the product, you acknowledge that the delivery company has fulfilled its duty.
If any signs of opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, or other conditions are detected on the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the payment will not be refunded.
After your product is received by Striped, its compliance with the above return conditions will be checked. If the return process is approved, the product amount will be refunded to you within 2 business days from the confirmation notification sent to your email address, according to your payment method. If the return does not meet the conditions, the relevant product will be sent back to your address via courier service, and the cost will be borne by you.
You will be informed via email when the refund process for the product amount is completed. If the payment method is 'Bank Transfer,' the refund will be made to the IBAN account you provided. For credit card payments, the product amount will be refunded to the credit card you used for payment. If you made payments in installments, the refund will also be made in proportion to your installment amount. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank. In case of delays, you can get detailed information from your bank. You will be informed via email when the refund process for the product amount is completed.
If you used a discount coupon in your order, it will be reactivated during the return process. The remaining usage period of the discount coupon at the time of your order will restart with the return process.
Exchange
You can exchange the products you have ordered from Striped within 30 days, starting from the delivery date to you or the person/organization at the address you provided, provided that the product is unused.
To initiate the exchange process, please provide information via email to info@stripedsocks.co.
If the desired product is available in our stock, the exchange process will be completed within 3 business days.
